The Economic Foundations and Public Policy Implications of Legal Rules short-course is designed for 35 participants.

Qualifications and Requirements

All legal instructors, judges, mid-senior level court personnel, Ministry of Justice officials, and other provincial and central government officials, as well as private sector managers working at the intersection of business and government, are encouraged to apply. All potential participants must have a willingness to study hard and participate in classroom discussions for an intensive two-week period.

 

Although the program is designed with the needs of the formal legal system in mind, an undergraduate degree in law is not required and knowledge of English is not required.
