The Economic Foundations and Public Policy Implications of Legal Rules short-course will be conducted over fourteen-days on
a full-time basis. Classes will be held in the morning and afternoon. There will be heavy load of readings and problem sets to complete in the evenings.
At the beginning of each class, participants will be required to turn in a short assignment.
During class, participants will discuss and analyze the economic implications of various legal rules.
The renowned Vietnamese and foreign faculty will strongly encourage participants to engage in lively classroom discussions drawing on the participants real world experiences and analysis of the readings.
The course will be conducted in Vietnamese, with consecutive translation when necessary. All reading materials will be provided to participants in English and Vietnamese.
