Mr. Ha Tiep Nam is leading the pioneer program of "Self-assessment" at the Taxation Deaprtment of Ho Chi Minh City. In Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh Province are the first two places apply this new concept. In the context of the course "Public Finance", Mr. Nam introduced to the class 9 the program and discussed his experiences from 7-month implementation of the program. | ||
